Reception and Practical Information
Reception
The Reception is open 24 hours a day, its internal phone extensions are 4109 and 4110. Our staff will be pleased to help you with general information, fax, phone box, exchange, stamps, internal credit card, safety deposit boxes, ordering a taxi and helping with bus timetables. For your convenience there is also a changing room and a left luggage area.
Doctor
The hotel doctor's surgery is located next to the main entrance and this is also where you find az Sport clinic. The surgery is open every day except Sundays.
Internet
Free wifi is available in our Hot-Spots which can be enjoyed in 8 different zones of the resort. Sign up with your laptop, smart phone, ipad, etc.
Laundry
The laundry is situated next to the supermarket and would be happy to wash, dry and iron your clothes for an extra charge.
Hairdresser
The hairdresser at the square offers you the chance to pamper yourself with a haircut, hairstyle, perm, straightening, colour, etc. Other services such as manicure, pedicure, eyelash tinting are also offered,
391 apartments
Club La Santa includes 391 apartments, all basically and functionally furnished. An apartment typically consists of a sitting room, built-in kitchen, one, two, three or four bedrooms, bathroom and patio or balcony/terrace. All apartments have a telephone. The standard equipment in the kitchen consists of a fridge, small mini oven, two hot plates, electric kettle as well as plates, glasses and cutlery.

Kitchens vary according to the size of the apartment. The apartments are located on ground, first, second or third floor accessible by staircases . Daily cleaning (except washing-up) and change of towels, from Tuesday to Saturday (08.00–16.00). Sundays and Mondays there is only a towel changing service. Bed linen is changed weekly. Cot and high chair upon request.
